OKTAGON Pfeffermühle / Salzmühle
Gewürzmühle aus feinporigem Birnbaumholz, leicht konisch mit achteckigem Querschnitt. Durch das Keramikmahlwerk kann sie als Pfeffermühle, Salzmühle oder für andere vermahlbare Gewürze verwendet werden.
Die Mühlen werden einzeln handgearbeitet, besitzen eine Edelstahlhülse für präzisen Lauf und angenehm viel Volumen für die Gewürze. Ihre Oberfläche wird satt geölt, um die natürliche Haptik des Holzes zu erhalten.
Die Oktagon-Mühle ist auf 11 Stück limitiert. Die Mühlen sind aus dem Holz eines einzigen alten Birnbaum gefertigt, der auf einem Hof in Landau an der Isar stand, wo er 2016 geschnitten werden musste, aufgesägt wurde und danach bis Anfang 2020 Zeit zum Trocknen hatte.

Spice mill made of fine-pored pear wood, slightly conical with an octagonal cross-section. It can be used as a pepper mill, salt mill or for other millable spices thanks to its ceramics grinder.
The mills are individually handcrafted, come equipped with a stainless steel sleeve for precise running and a pleasantly large volume for the spices. The surface is richly oiled to preserve the natural feel of the wood.
Oktagon is limited to 11 pieces. The mills are made from the wood of a single old pear tree that grew on a farm in Landau an der Isar (Bavaria), where it had to be cut in 2016 and was given nearly 4 years to naturally dry until the beginning of 2020.
